Qualification: B.Sc. in Microbiology, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or related field
Interview Mode: Telephonic and Virtual
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with kitchen or production teams to investigate customer complaints and identify root causes.
- Document and maintain kitchen-level quality and food safety standards, including specifications and formulations.
- Review records and forms to ensure compliance with internal food safety and quality systems.
- Conduct internal audits and assist with third-party/government audits and inspections.
- Provide training on food safety and quality assurance protocols.
- Implement and monitor testing procedures and control measures as per the organization’s quality system.
Desired Skills:
- Strong understanding of food safety standards (FSSA, ISO, HACCP, GMP, GHP).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Attention to detail and proactive approach to continuous quality improvement.
