Applications are invited from suitable candidates for filling the following positions at the National Institute of Animal Biotechnology (NIAB), Hyderabad, against the DBT-BBSRC funded Indo-UK project entitled “The contribution of cross-species innate immune responses to the host control of Qfever” PI – Dr. Syed M. Faisal.

Technical Assistant- 1 position

Essential Qualification: Bachelor/Master of Science in Biology/Biotechnology or relevant discipline.

Fellowship amount: Rs.20000 +27% HRA (If applicable)

Experience: A candidate with experience in cell culture, immunological techniques, Adjuvant chemistry, preparing adjuvant formulations and animal handling is desirable. Candidates having experience in animal handling (mice or goats) and blood collection will be preferred. NET/GATE not required.

Age: 50 years (Relaxation is admissible in the case of SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Government instructions)

Tenure: One year, likely to extended based on performance and co-terminus with the duration of the project (July, 2028)
