About the Role
The Sr. Officer – Quality Control will play a key role in ensuring product quality, GMP compliance, and continuous improvement across Reckitt’s trusted product portfolio. The role requires collaboration across teams, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Support R&D processes and ensure compliance within GMP environments.
- Carry out quality control testing, data review, and reporting.
- Manage projects with problem-solving and process improvement approaches.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams with strong interpersonal skills.
- Drive accountability for a wide range of quality and R&D activities.
- Propose improvements and challenge existing processes for better outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or relevant sciences.
- Familiarity with R&D processes and GMP compliance.
- Strong project management skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, and resilient in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and lead teams.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to propose quality improvements.
- Preferred experience in product lifecycle management and scientific quality control.
