Duration: 1 year
Remuneration: INR 37000+HRA
Qualifications and Experience:
- B. Tech/M. Tech/M. Sc in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Physics, Biophysics, or allied subjects
- Minimum of 60% or equivalent grade from Graduation onwards, and 55% or equivalent grade in class 10th and 12th
- Good knowledge of programming, preferably Python and R
- Experience in Bioinformatics tools and R, and Python programming is preferable
Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our research team for a project focused on In Silico design of mini-protein regulators that target specific Allatostatin receptors in S. frugiperda.
Key Responsibilities: Bioinformatics analysis, in silico design of mini-proteins, studying ligand receptor interactions using docking and MD simulations.
