Job Summary:
We are seeking a Bioinformatics Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work with large-scale biological data, primarily next-generation sequencing (NGS) datasets, and support our research and product development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze biological and genomic data, with a focus on NGS data.
- Design and implement data analysis pipelines for NGS workflows.
- Develop and apply machine learning models for classification and prediction.
- Participate in large-scale data mining, algorithm development, and model building.
- Contribute to scientific reports and publications based on biomedical data.
