Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Biostatistician to join our team at Syneos Health. In this role, you will provide support across all statistical tasks during the lifecycle of the project, from protocol to CSR. Your responsibilities will include preparing Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs), coordinating activities of other biostatistics and statistical programming personnel, participating in verification and quality control of project deliverables, and more.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide statistical input throughout the clinical trial lifecycle—from protocol to final reports.

Develop and review Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs), CRFs, mock tables, listings, and figures.

Collaborate with sponsors and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Review annotated CRFs, database design, and perform quality control of deliverables.

Lead or support DSMB/DMC activities and integrated analyses.

Mentor junior statisticians and support business development proposals and bid defenses.

Maintain up-to-date documentation per SOPs and regulatory standards (ICH/GCP).
Qualifications:

Graduate degree (Master’s/PhD) in Biostatistics or related field.

Experience in clinical trials and statistical tasks such as protocol development, randomization, SAPs, and CSR.

Proficiency in SAS and statistical programming.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize based on timelines and business needs.
