Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality instruction at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in bioinformatics and related courses.

Develop new curriculum modules that integrate biological science with computational tools.

Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and thesis work.

Engage in high-impact research and publish in reputed peer-reviewed journals.

Apply for grants and collaborate with internal and external research partners.

Contribute to academic administration and departmental growth initiatives.

Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria:

Ph.D. in Bioinformatics or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution (mandatory).

Must possess B.E./B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech qualifications in relevant fields (only candidates with this academic pathway will be considered).

Strong academic background in bioinformatics, computational biology, and life sciences.

Proficiency in molecular biology, genomics, data analysis, and bioinformatics tools/software.

Demonstrated experience in teaching, academic planning, and research supervision.

Desired Skills for PhD in Bioinformatics:
