Job Description:
Parul University invites applications for a full-time Project Research Scientist to contribute to an ICMR-funded initiative on wearable devices for predicting epilepsy. The selected candidate will lead and execute interdisciplinary research involving EEG signal processing, biosensor integration, AI/ML, and embedded systems development.
Key Responsibilities for PhD Biomedical Engineering Project Scientist:

Design and develop frameworks for integrating biosensors and acquiring EEG signals.

Implement AI/ML algorithms for real-time seizure prediction and analytics.

Optimize hardware-software integration for signal processing efficiency.

Conduct data acquisition and validation using clinical and simulated datasets.

Collaborate across interdisciplinary teams for hardware, software, and data science integration.

Qualifications for PhD Biomedical Engineering Project Scientist:
Essential Qualification:

First Class Post Graduate degree (or equivalent) with 3 years of experience OR Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields.

Degree must be from a recognized University/Institute.
Desirable Skills:

Hands-on experience with EEG signal processing, circuit simulation in EDA tools, and biosensor-based wearable devices.
