Job Overview:
Join a growing team focused on health economics. This role involves conducting literature reviews, analyzing data, and running country-specific adaptations of cost-effectiveness analysis (CEA) and budget impact analysis (BIA) models under senior oversight.
You will support the lead modeler in building de novo pharmacoeconomic models across various therapy areas, including Markov models, decision trees, and partitioned survival models. Responsibilities include developing technical documents such as reports and user guides, collaborating with medical writers, and maintaining high standards in quality control.
Strong collaboration and communication skills are
required to work with internal and external stakeholders and to present findings clearly through visuals, tables, or descriptive formats.- Work Experience: 2+ years

Responsibilities of the Job:
- Conduct a literature review and collect model inputs
- Run country-specific adaptation of CEA and BIA models, including quality checks
- Support the development of health economic decision-analytic models
- Prepare technical documents associated with the models
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality output
Key Requirements for the Job:
- Master’s degree in life sciences or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in country-specific model adaptations and de novo model building.
- Strong foundation in health economics with industry or academic exposure.
- Basic statistics knowledge and familiarity with advanced analytics are a plus.
- Skilled in advanced Excel and VBA (Visual Basic for Applications).
- Ability to work independently under oversight and guidance.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Experience with literature reviews and deriving insights from secondary data.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of either R or STATA is a plus.
