Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain media stocks and sterilize accessories using autoclave cycles.

Handle Bio ball cultures and maintain Master cultures for cryo vial preparation.

Perform tests such as water analysis, MLT, BET, CCIT, sterility tests, and micro challenge studies.

Update training records and ensure proper filing to reflect current capabilities.

Carry out sampling, labeling, and verification of materials and equipment

Interpret microbiological data, check for cGMP impact, and recommend corrective actions

Maintain documentation as per Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)

Review and revise SOPs and analytical methods
-
Analyze raw materials, finished products, and components using computerized systems.

Generate EMS reports and contribute to complex projects as a team player
Minimum Requirements
Education: Master’s degree in microbiology with a minimum of 3 years of experience
Skills: Technical skills in method validation and microbiology testing
Knowledge: Good Manufacturing Practices and related regulations
Other: Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with laboratory work and microbiological techniques
- Track record in continuous improvement projects
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and statistical analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
