The Opportunity
We are looking for a Patent Drafting Sr. Analyst or Lead to join our Patent Preparation and Prosecution team in Noida, India. This is an amazing opportunity to work on drafting and prosecuting patents while managing one or more clients. The team includes 18 people and reports to the Director. We have a great skill set in preparations and prosecution and would love to speak with you if you have expertise in patent drafting, patent prosecution, and client management.
About You – Experience, Education, Skills, and Accomplishments

Strong technical knowledge in Chemistry/Life Sciences domains.

Proficiency in drafting across multiple technology areas.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Solid understanding of Intellectual Property laws, especially patent laws.

At least a Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharma, or similar disciplines as Senior Analyst.

Ability to manage multiple projects and teams under tight timelines.

Meticulous, analytical, self-starter with problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and related tools.

Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
It Would Be Great If You Also Had:

Experience in prosecution.

Working knowledge of AutoCAD, ChemDraw, Visio, or similar tools.

A PhD or higher qualification.

Familiarity with patent search, analytics, and prosecution projects.

Knowledge of patent and non-patent databases.
What Will You Be Doing in This Role?

Preparing patent application drafts compliant with USPTO, EPO, and PCT guidelines.

Analyzing prior art and invention disclosures to assess patentability.

Conducting inventor interviews and discussions with client IP counsel.

Delivering multiple projects independently in line with internal processes.

Willingness to work extended hours to meet client deadlines as Senior Analyst.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery.

Working closely with managers to scope and deliver detailed, accurate work.

Hours of Work
