EMPLOYMENT NOTIFICATION
Applications are invited on or before 25/07/2025 from eligible candidates for the following vacancy to be filled at NIB Noida on a purely temporary basis in the project titled “Identification and validation of new potential protein biomarker panel for head and neck squamous cell carcinoma using translational proteomics”. Essential Educational Qualification – First Class Post Graduate Degree, including the integrated PG degrees in Biological Sciences, or Second-Class Post Graduate Degree, including the integrated PG degrees with Ph.D. in Biological Sciences.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience – The candidate should have working experience in mammalian cell culture, western blotting, PCR, and animal tumor models. The candidate is also expected to have knowledge/exposure to transcriptomics and proteomics of tumor samples and management of a research project.
Duties – Besides working on the proteomics project, the candidate also has to perform research work on different ongoing projects.
Age Limit
– The upper age limit is 35 yearsConsolidated Salary – Rs. 72,800/- p.m. (Rs. 56,000/-+30%HRA) P.M.
Duration – 1 year, initially subjected to performance
Procedure for recruitment:

Terms and Conditions:
- Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EWS and the Experienced candidate will be as per the rules.
- The above positions are purely on a temporary contract basis.
- The Director & Appointing Authority has the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason(s) and no correspondence in this matter will be entertained.
- Age, qualifications, etc. will be reckoned on the date of the Interview.
- The appointment can be terminated with one month’s notice from either side without assigning any reason.
- Since the posts are temporary; the incumbents selected will have no claim for regular appointment at NIB or continuation of his/ her services in any other project.
- Other allowances like CCA, LTC, Medical Claims, and PF are not applicable.
- The recruited project staff is eligible for leave as per ICMR project recruitment rules and will have to give an undertaking before joining.
- At the time of joining duty, the candidates should bring all original certificates of educational qualifications (from SSC onwards), Experience, Aadhaar Card, Community, and PH certificates (if applicable), passport size photograph along with one set of photocopies of the certificates duly attested (can be self-attested) for verification needs to be submitted.
- The conditions of employment will be the same as that of the project staff on a contract basis.
