Key Responsibilities:

• Production Monitoring and quality control: Ensuring the proper production of biofertilizer by monitoring the fermentation process, maintaining the required conditions (temperature, humidity, PH etc.), and performing quality checks on the final product.
• Product Testing and Analysis: Conducting lab tests to asses the effectiveness and purity of the biofertilizers. This includes evaluating microbial activity, nutrient content, and shelf life.
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Offering technical support to the production team to resolve any issues that arise during the manufacturing process, ensuring that products meet industry standards and specifications.
• Research and Development Assistance: Assisting in R&D activities to develop new biofertilizer products or improve existing formulations. This may involve experimenting with different microbial strains or ingredients.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining detailed records of production processes, testing results, and any deviations from standard procedures. Preparing reports for internal teams and regulatory compliance.
• Compliance with Regulations: Ensuring that the products of biofertilizers complies with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards. This may involve following guidelines for handling and disposing of biological agents and chemicals
• Training and Guidance: Providing technical training to other staff or farmers on how to apply biofertilizers effectively for optimal results.
• Collaboration with External Stakeholders: Working with suppliers, customers, and external partners to enhance product quality and promote the benefits of biofertilizers.
