Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a Team Member to play a key role in Bio Assay at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories. The primary responsibility will be to conduct testing of samples and release accurate results within specified timelines, while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Test assigned samples and release data within defined timelines for Job Opportunity
- Prepare required reagents and buffers as per the testing plan
- Document activities following Good Documentation Practices
- Inform supervisor about risk actions and support investigation processes
- Maintain lab cleanliness, sample storage, and calibrated equipment
- Address instrument-related issues and train new team members
Educational Qualification
M.Sc., M.Tech., or B.Tech. in Microbiology, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology
Minimum Work Experience: 2 years
Skills & Attributes
Technical Skills:
- Understanding of Biologics/Biosimilar industry
- Hands-on experience in HPLC techniques for Job Opportunity
- Working experience in cGMP environment
- Knowledge in protein chemistry and Microbiology techniques
