- Providing pre- and post-sales technical application support to customers
- Conducting product application training
- Managing product evaluation at customer sites
- Supporting sales personnel
Master’s/PhD Life Sciences Job Opening – Key Responsibilities
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers in life science research.
- Troubleshoot customer application issues and deliver product demonstrations and training
- Conduct wet lab experiments for evaluations and support field instrumentation trials.
- Log visits and evaluations in Salesforce (SFDC); maintain accurate documentation.
- Train internal teams on application protocols and prepare technical presentation materials.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer satisfaction and product adoption.
- Track evaluation inventory, manage product performance feedback, and reference collection.
Master’s/PhD Life Sciences Job Opening – Requirements
- PhD or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or Life Sciences
- Minimum 2 years of wet lab experience in a life science research setting
- Must have expertise in at least 2+ techniques like:
- PCR / Real-Time PCR / ddPCR
- SDS-PAGE, Western Blotting, Protein Purification
- Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Cell Culture, Imaging
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Willing to travel 75% of the time for training and support
- Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce is preferred
