Job Description – What You’ll Do
As a LifeScience Regulatory Services Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing regulatory operations tasks such as bookmarking, hyperlinking, and document transformation
- Assisting with electronic submissions for global filings, including CMC, amendments, annual reports, SPL submissions, and more
- Conducting Quality Control (QC) checks to ensure submission readiness
- Managing resources and documentation for the successful filing of regulatory submissions
- Working in accordance with ICH guidelines and diverse health authority standards
- Collaborating with clinical, pharmacovigilance, and regulatory teams
Requirements
- Education: Any Graduation (Bachelor’s in Life Sciences preferred)
- Experience: 0 to 2 years in a regulatory, pharmacovigilance, or documentation role
- Skills:
- Basic understanding of life sciences regulatory operations
- Familiarity with global health authority guidelines
- Good documentation, quality control, and coordination skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Strong communication and detail orientation
