As an Associate Project Manager in Externally Sponsored Research (ESR) at Sanofi, you will oversee end-to-end research operations for Investigator-Sponsored Studies (ISS) and Externally Sponsored Collaborations (ESC). You will ensure timely, compliant handling of ESR requests, manage scientific reviews, coordinate study execution, and support global and local cross-functional teams.

- Manage the ESR lifecycle from proposal to closeout, including documentation, compliance, product supply, and payment tracking.
- Collaborate with global teams (HEVA, Medical, QA, R&D) to ensure protocol adherence and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee ESR data systems, maintain audit readiness, and provide analytical reporting (KPI, metrics).
- Support Scientific Review Committees (SRC) by coordinating proposal/protocol reviews.
- Drive alignment, communication, and excellence across ESR project execution and data integrity.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in systems like iEnvision and maintain SharePoint documents.
- Provide project analytics and reporting for decision-making support.
Life Sciences Job at Sanofi – Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree in Life Sciences, Medical, Pharmacy, or related discipline.
- Experience in clinical research project management or externally sponsored studies.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines: GCP, ICH, PhRMA, OIG preferred.
