Position Summary
As a Portfolio Specialist, you will support project management across a growing portfolio of strategic consulting and clinical research projects. This includes tracking timelines, contract execution, SOP compliance, cross-functional coordination, and performance reporting. You will contribute to driving data-driven decisions that shape market access strategy and maximize project value.
Life Sciences Job at Parexel – Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and track portfolio alignment with strategic goals and identify new opportunities.
- Support project contracting, resource allocation, and content review workflows.
- Maintain trackers for timelines, resourcing, and client deliverables.
- Coordinate across teams within Parexel’s consulting, RWE, and access operations.
- Conduct SOP spot checks, manage quality assurance processes, and update documentation.
- Support client feedback collection, reporting, and corrective action tracking.
- Assist in preparing slides for Business Review Meetings and Quarterly Reviews (QBRs).
- Maintain case studies and clinical trial pipeline data for ongoing projects.
Life Sciences Job at Parexel – Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years in portfolio or project management in clinical research or healthcare consulting preferred.
- Strong scientific writing and familiarity with clinical trial processes.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
