• Project Title: Molecular and Pharmacogenetic marker evaluation in relation to toxicity and clinical response of acute lymphoblastic leukemia treatment in Indian children (MPGX-INDALL)

• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as on the closing date

Eligibility Criteria

Essential:

• M.Sc. Life Science/Biotechnology/Biochemistry or Equivalent degree AND 2 years of research experience (OR)
• Ph.D. in Life Science/Biotechnology/Biochemistry or Equivalent degree

Desirable Experience:

• Molecular biology, ELISA, RT-PCR, LC-MS/MS, NGS, HPLC

• Data analysis, flow cytometry, and the use of statistical software

• Knowledge of GCP and GLP standards

Responsibilities:

• DNA extraction, genotyping, and sample processing

• Data collection, entry (paper & eCRF), and report preparation

• Support in statistical analysis and clinical monitoring

Interview and Selection Process

• Written Test will assess:

  • Knowledge of molecular biology

  • Understanding of clinical research (oncology)

  • Principles of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)

  • Basic knowledge of cancer, especially Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

  • Data entry skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word

• The interview will evaluate:

  • Subject knowledge in molecular biology

  • Understanding of clinical research and GCP/GLP

  • Communication skills

  • Aptitude and suitability for the role
