About the Job
Indegene is seeking a Patient Care Advisor (Oncology) responsible for end-to-end engagement in the designated therapy area. The primary responsibilities include counseling patients, reporting adverse events, ensuring patient adherence to therapy, managing compliance, handling patient queries, and providing support. The role also involves developing relationships with physicians, reporting accurate data, and participating in people practices. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, counseling techniques, and knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare industry.
Job Responsibilities:

Engage directly with oncology patients to support therapy adherence.

Counsel patients based on pre-defined clinical protocols.

Report adverse drug reactions and patient queries according to SOP.

Ensure timely data entry into CRM platforms with accurate patient details.

Collaborate with healthcare providers, internal stakeholders, and support teams.

Maintain compliance with therapy schedules and track treatment progress.
Qualifications Required:

BSc Life Science

Proficiency in English and a local language
