About Team: Antibody Team
The Antibody Team at Thermo Fisher Scientific is focused on the engineering and development of high-quality antibodies for various immunoassay applications. The team works on designing, developing, purifying, conjugating, and testing antibodies using cutting-edge tools and technologies to advance product development and support research endeavors.
Role & Responsibilities:
To contribute to an antibody development team by leveraging innovative molecular, protein, and cell biology methods to enhance performance and specificity.
Responsibilities:
- Work on single cell sorting
- Plan and execute experiments meticulously to meet program goals
- Maintain timely and accurate record-keeping
- Stay updated with advancements in the field of antibody development
- Compile and present data effectively
- Participate actively in team meetings
- Ensure attention to detail and adherence to schedules
Candidate Requirement:

M.Sc. in Life Sciences with 0–4 years of relevant experience OR

Ph.D. in Life Sciences (submitted within the last one year)

Specializations preferred: Molecular Biology, Immunology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry
Nature of Experience:
- Expertise in immunology and flow cytometry workflows
- Experience in cell sorting is a plus
- Proficiency in molecular biology workflows such as cloning, vector construction, PCRs, etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot scientific problems
- Familiarity with software for flow cytometry and data analysis
- Knowledge or experience in antibody development platforms is desirable
