Job Purpose
Execute analysis of allocated samples to produce reliable and reproducible results, ensuring compliance with microbiological quality parameters, predefined specifications, and relevant standards.
Key Accountabilities
- Analyse and review samples based on work allocation to meet the service level agreement
- Report errors, abnormal observations, and non-compliances related to procedures, equipment, and instruments
- Document entries, raw data, and findings concomitant in relevant test data sheets
- Evaluate & document Instrument/equipment breakdowns and suggest mechanisms to prevent them.

- Availability of Validation Records
- Material and resource availability
Key Interactions
- Units for receiving specifications, documents, protocols, and QA/QC for product sample release
- Stores for procuring materials, CQA for procuring pharmacopoeial guidelines
Dimensions
- Release approximately 15 MLT reports on a daily basis, 15 sterility batches on a weekly basis
- 50 Water Samples analysis and release, 10 Technical Information Sheets for swap analysis

- Daily Media and Plates requirement

M. Sc (Microbiology)
Relevant Work Experience
1-5 years of experience for an analyst and 3-7 years for a reviewer in Microbiology
