The Junior Research Associate (JRA) will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing product claims substantiation activities through methods and techniques in Microbiology, Biotechnology, and Consumer
research across different categories and brands within Personal Care R&D, based on defined timelines.Job Responsibilities for Latest MSc Microbiology Job
- Assist in product evaluations and claim substantiation through various methods such as wet lab research, Microbiology, Cell-Culture, Bioassays, dry lab research, and Consumer/Clinical research.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, suggest testing approaches, execute evaluations, and communicate results in a timely manner.
- Interact with consumers to gain insights on product performance, acceptance, behavior, and preferences.
- Ensure thorough documentation of assigned projects.
- Work independently and in teams to facilitate timely decisions on projects.
- Operate and maintain advanced instruments used for product evaluations.
- Participate in ideation and troubleshooting activities within the group.
- Learn and develop existing processes and new capabilities for continuous skill enhancement.
Requirements for Latest MSc Microbiology Job
- Qualifications: M.Sc. Microbiology/M.Sc. Microbiology + Biotechnology
- Experience: 1-5 years of experience in Microbiology, Cell culture, Cell Biology, Personal Care product testing in FMCG or allied industries
- Skills: Microbiology laboratory testing, Biotechnology techniques, strong communication, analytical mindset, networking abilities, and language proficiency in Kannada, Tamil/Telugu, Hindi.
- Knowledge: MS Excel, MS Word, MS-PowerPoint, Basic Statistics tools, Personal Care, and Home Care product evaluations.
