Project Title: DBT-funded project on developing AI tools/methods with oral cancer data

Applications are invited for a temporary position of Project Associate-I in a DBT-funded project aimed at developing AI tools/methods using oral cancer data.
Essential Qualification
Master’s Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences / M.VSc. or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine from a recognized University
or equivalent.Desirable Qualifications
The candidate must have prior experience with image analysis using deep learning. Only applicants with previous experience in deep learning and/or image analysis should apply.
Additional Requirements
The candidate should be familiar with data science and biological data, analytical-minded, and willing to work independently with biological data. No laboratory experiments are required for this position.
Emoluments and Benefits
Consolidated fixed emoluments per month:
– 31,000/- + HRA for selected candidates through National Eligibility Tests – CSIR-UGC NET or GATE.
– 25,000/- + HRA for candidates not falling under the above category.
Age Limit: Maximum age of 35 years.
Position Availability: 1
Duration: Till 7th Nov 2026, subject to approval and project progress.
Selection Process: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualifications and experience, followed by a personal online interview.
