Job Description:
Job Title: Scientist II
Job Location: Bangalore, India
Role & Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and carry out experiments for cell biology projects.
- Collaborate with product management and R&D teams for demonstrating applications for products.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy while delivering high-quality results.
- Prepare customer-facing collaterals such as application notes and technical guides.
- Train customers on workflows and provide troubleshooting insights.
- Adhere to environmental health and safety guidelines in the lab.
Skills and Proficiencies:
- Extensive experience with mammalian cell culture and related techniques.
- Hands-on experience with immunocytochemistry, flow cytometry, western blot, and qPCR.
- Experience in cell-based bioassays for recombinant proteins.
- Motivated with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration on projects.
- Good presentation skills and data interpretation abilities.
Requirement:
- Master’s degree in Cell Biology/Biotechnology with 6+ years of experience, or PhD with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in publishing research and technical writing.
- GLP or any other certification in laboratory practices and EHS will be a bonus.
