About the Job
The person in this role will be responsible for delivering AI solutions to customers on top of Elucidata’s technology. This role involves a unique blend of applying AI, a deep understanding of biology, and complex data to
generate actionable insights. In this customer-facing role, you will work with commercial teams to grow accounts and develop new opportunities. The role requires strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.Key Responsibilities
- Oversee customer projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality of deliverables.
- Innovate on tools and pipelines to analyze multi-modal biological data.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies in the domain to architect innovative solutions addressing client pain points.
- Lead and manage customer-facing projects and multidisciplinary teams of biological scientists, ML engineers, and data scientists.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering within timelines and within budget.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. with 2-3 years of industrial/academic experience in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in processing and analyzing multi-omics data with a strong emphasis on end-to-end analysis of single-cell transcriptomics data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience leading customer-facing projects with successful delivery records.
Good-to-Have
- Proficiency in coding with both R and Python.
- Experience in performing integration analysis of NGS data across different modalities.
- Experience working with cloud technologies and scalable computing platforms.
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in biomedical data analysis.
