The School of Life Sciences at Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi, is inviting applications for two Junior Research Fellow (JRF) positions under ANRF-sponsored projects led by Prof. Shilpee Dutt. These projects focus on cutting-edge research in DNA damage repair in glioblastoma and the development of human organ perfusion models. Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in ANRF-sponsored research projects under the supervision of Prof. Shilpee Dutt. The details of the projects are mentioned below:
Title of the project:
Project 1: Delineating the non-canonical role of Dual-specificity phosphatase 6 (DUSP6) in DNA damage repair of recurrent GBM.
Project 2: Engineering Perfusion Models of Human Organs for Pre-Clinical and Biological Research.

Project 1: Six months

The duration of the position can be extended beyond 6

Essential Qualification: M.Sc. in Life Sciences or an equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks in the qualifying exam.
Desirable Qualification: At least one year of experience in tissue culture, molecular biology and protein-related techniques.
Fellowship: Rs. 30000/- per month + HRA (As per project guidelines)
Interview and venue: Only shortlisted candidates will be informed by email about the interview. The interview will be conducted in an online mode.
