Job Title: Research Associate – Bioanalytical Department

Job Description:
• Conduct bioanalytical studies including method development, validation, and method transfer for in-vitro study samples.
• Maintain records and inventory of critical reagents and ensure proper equipment calibration and documentation.
• Participate in quality compliance audits and ensure readiness of the laboratory.
• Support troubleshooting, data review, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Design, develop, and execute ADA screening, confirmatory, and titration assays using platforms such as ELISA.
• Analyze data using scientific software (Excel and custom-built tools).
• Support method development, validation, and sample analysis for immunogenicity studies in compliance with GxP and regulatory standards.
• Participate in troubleshooting assay performance and contribute to process optimization.
• Ensure regular calibration of instruments and manage reagent inventory documentation.
Requirements:
• Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Education: Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Immunology, Biochemistry, or an equivalent field in life sciences.
