Program Overview:
This internship is designed to give fresh graduates practical, hands-on exposure in the pharmaceutical industry across R&D, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control departments. After successful completion of one year, interns will be absorbed into full-time roles based on performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Assist in basic lab work, documentation, sample preparation, and data recording
• Observe and participate in product testing, formulation processes, and quality control checks
• Gain familiarity with regulatory frameworks and GMP environments
• Attend training sessions and team reviews for professional development
• Work under the guidance of senior scientists and department leads
