How you might spend your days (Main Roles & Responsibilities)
As a trainee engineer in a pharmaceutical engineering consulting company, your days will be structured to provide you with a balanced mix of learning, hands-on experience, and professional development:
- Participate in training sessions on various technical aspects of pharmaceutical engineering.
- Be a part of an engaging learning environment, where you learn new ways of designing.
- Meeting your mentor/manager to discuss your progress, challenges, and learning experiences.
- Executing pilot projects in their respective areas.

The miles you’ve walked (Education)
Below are the qualifications needed for you to do well in this role:
- You have a degree in engineering (graduate/postgraduate) within:
- Biotechnology or pharmaceutical
- Chemical
- Mechanical / Mechatronics
- Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation
- Computer science
- Robotics & automation
- You are fresher or have up to six months of experience.
- You speak and write English.
