Job Title: Graduate Trainee/ Post Graduate Trainee
Department: Quality Control / Quality Assurance / Engineering / Production
Location: Surendranagar Plant, Gujarat
Reporting To: QC Head / QA Head / Engineering Head / Production Head
Job Purpose:
To grow and develop fresh talent in alignment with our organizational requirements by providing hands-on training, mentoring, and skill-building. The role aims to build a strong pipeline of skilled professionals well-versed in GMP, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence in a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Environment.
Selection Process -->Eligibility Criteria and Selection Process for Freshers Graduate Trainee Job:
Education Required:
- 10th Standard: Minimum 75%
- B.Pharm / B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc / M. Pharma / M.S.C: Minimum 60%
- (Preferred streams: Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotech, Microbiology, Mechanical, Automotive)
Skills Required:
- Strong documentation and observation skills
- Ability to work in a team and learn on the job as Graduate Trainee
- Good communication and computer skills
Selection Process:
- Online Assessment Test
- Personal Interview with respective HOD
Career Growth Program for Graduate Trainee:
During the 1st year, selected candidates will go through a structured training program, gain exposure in QC/QA/Engineering/Production functions, receive mentorship from experienced professionals, and get exposed to regulated pharma/manufacturing environments. Upon successful completion of the training period, candidates will be upgraded to the role of Officer/Executive in the 2nd year.
Compensation Offered:
CTC of Rs. 2,30,000 LPA to 2,75,000 LPA initially, which may be revised based on qualification and performance. After completion of one year of training, revised CTC of Rs. 2,75,000 LPA to 3,25,000 LPA will be offered based on assessment and company policies.
