- Assist in interpreting and implementing FSSAI and international food regulations.
- Maintain accurate regulatory documentation: ingredients, nutrition facts, certificates.
- Review product label designs for compliance and accuracy
- Monitor regulatory updates and inform internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Marketing to ensure end-to-end compliance
Freshers Food Science RA Job – Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or Dairy Technology
- Certification in FSSAI, HACCP, or food safety (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail, documentation, and organizational skills
- Effective teamwork and communication abilities
