Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Executive to join our Quality Assurance team. This role involves ensuring adherence to food safety standards, monitoring production processes, and maintaining quality benchmarks from raw material intake to final product dispatch. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, hands-on knowledge of F&B quality systems, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.
• Ensure strict compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, ISO, and GMP standards.
• Monitor production lines for consistency, hygiene, and process adherence.
• Train and guide production and quality staff on SOPs and regulatory practices.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation, inspection logs, and audit reports.
• Identify areas of process improvement and lead initiatives to reduce waste and defects.
• Liaise with procurement and production teams to ensure quality standards are maintained across the supply chain.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control in the Food & Beverage sector.
• Sound knowledge of HACCP, ISO standards, FSSAI regulations, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Strong analytical, observational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in coordination with cross-functional teams.
