Key Responsibilities:
• Grasp project requirements as specified by the client and collaborate efficiently with interdisciplinary teams.
• Understand and discuss the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) with the team. Identify and alleviate potential safety risks with the aid of supervisors.
• Plan and execute reactions using the appropriate reagents and equipment, ensuring efficient use and minimal waste.
• Ensure simultaneous execution of multiple reactions and monitor their progress using standard methods.
• Analyse, interpret analytical results, and communicate findings to the supervisor/manager.
• Achieve productivity benchmarks aligning with project timelines. Enforce good laboratory practices to ensure safety at work.
• Maintain meticulous records, uphold data integrity, and ensure IP confidentiality. Prepare comprehensive final reports using compiled experimental data.
• Showcase excellent oral and written communication skills, evidenced by peer-reviewed publications in esteemed journals and presentations at global conferences.

Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline (Chemical Engineering and Microbiology) with 0-3 years of experience, including internships in a biology laboratory.
• Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and act on complex scientific data.
• Peer-reviewed publications in high-quality journals and a record of presentations at international conferences.
• Additional Skills: In-depth understanding of basic enzymology and protein engineering principles.
