About the Job
To perform and be responsible for all the activities and documentation of formulation and filling process development and should have strong knowledge of optimization of different vaccine formulations, stabilizer selection, excipient selection, selection and preparation of adjuvants such as aluminum salts, Oil-In-Water emulsions, Liposome-based adjuvants with TLR agonists and saponin, LNP
formulation and preparation, aseptic filling and Lyophilization cycle designing for new vaccine products and troubleshooting for existing vaccines.To perform all the activities and documentation of the formulation and filling process, development and execution of clinical drug product manufacturing for the clinical batches, and planning and execution of media fill activities.
Responsibilities

Formulation and optimization of vaccines including aluminium salts, oil-in-water emulsions, liposome-based adjuvants with TLR agonists/saponin, and LNP formulations.

Development and execution of clinical drug product manufacturing and media fill activities.

Design and troubleshoot lyophilization cycles for new and existing vaccine products.

Maintain GMP compliance in equipment qualifications, area qualifications, and R&D lab documentation.

Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Warehouse departments for R&D activities.

Responsible for QMS, including deviations, investigations, and timely documentation closures.

Drafting SOPs, Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), protocols, and QRM documentation.

Supervise washing, packing, and sterilization of materials for clinical batch preparation.
Preferred Candidate Profile

PhD / M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a Master’s in Pharmacy or Engineering with a focus on biotechnology.

Experience in the vaccine industry is mandatory.

Must be hands-on and capable of bench-level execution.
