Essential Qualification:
Master’s degree with 55% marks in the area of Food Technology/Food Science/ Food Technology and Management/ Food Science & Nutrition, Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics, Public Health and Community Nutrition, etc.
Desirable Qualification:
- Experience in product development, enrichment, shelf-life studies, and nutritional analysis
- PhD in the domains mentioned above
Age limit: Maximum 40 years for male and females (relaxation for SC/ST/OBC as per Government rules).
