Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage end-to-end clinical data management activities for multiple studies.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Clinical Data Associates and Data Managers.
• Review and finalize CRF/eCRF design, Data Management Plans (DMP), and Edit Check Specifications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including clinical operations, biostatistics, and medical writing.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements (ICH-GCP, CDISC, 21 CFR Part 11).
• Conduct database locks, freezing, data cleaning, discrepancy management, and reconciliation processes.
• Perform vendor management, project tracking, risk mitigation, and timelines adherence.
• Maintain study documentation and ensure audit-readiness of clinical data processes.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Clinical Data Management within the pharmaceutical, CRO, or life sciences industry.
• Strong knowledge of EDC systems (such as Medidata Rave, Oracle InForm, etc.).
• Familiarity with SDTM, CDISC, and FDA regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
