Salary: INR 3.00 to 4.2 Lakhs LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct personalized career counseling sessions to understand clients’ aspirations, academic backgrounds, and skill gaps.
- Guide students and professionals on the right career path, including suitable training, certifications, and project work.
- Help clients with resume improvement, interview readiness, and job search strategies.
- Nurture and build trust with potential leads through ongoing conversations and follow-ups.
- Warm up and qualify leads through career discussions and hand over high-potential leads to the Business Development team.
- Stay updated with market trends, job roles, and skill demands in biotech, life sciences, and allied industries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal academic and marketing teams to align counseling efforts with available offerings.
- Participate in career fairs, webinars, and outreach events to promote career support services.
- Collect feedback and contribute ideas to enhance the counseling and lead conversion process.
Key Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in career counseling, student advising, or education-based customer interaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a student-centric approach.
- Strong understanding of the biotech/life sciences education and job landscape.
- Prior experience in using CRM tools and managing leads is a plus.
- Ability to work closely with sales/business development teams to drive outcomes.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional regional language skills are a plus.
