Job Posting: Clinical Operations Assistant
Job Purpose: The role of the Clinical Operations Assistant (COA) is to maintain the paper and electronic Central Files for Clinical Operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and quality.
Key Accountabilities:
- Track, scan, code, and apply naming conventions to documents
- Filing and archiving paper documents
- Maintain quality check procedures
- Monitor systems and processes for compliance
- Organize translations of study documents
- Process payments and invoices
- Assist with the courier shipment of study documents
Skills:
- Experience in CROs or the Life Sciences industry preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet project timelines
- Effective time management
Knowledge and Experience:
Site Management experience or equivalent experience in clinical research, with an understanding of clinical trials methodology and terminology.
Education:
Educated to degree level (biological science, pharmacy, or other health-related discipline preferred) or equivalent nursing qualification.
