Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Technical Service professional to provide technical support for Endosafe® and/or Celsis
™ and their associated systems. The role involves supporting customers in instrument installation, qualifications, and product validation to ensure customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include managing activities to help achieve revenue targets and business goals.Key Responsibilities
- Understanding and application of Microbial portfolio products
- Developing existing accounts and competing for new customers
- Providing customer training, test demonstrations, and troubleshooting
- Performing instrument qualification and installation
- Collaborating with Account Management and Field Services teams
- Building relationships with customers to promote portfolio acceptance
Requirements

Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Biology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field.

Experience: 0–5 years (freshers are welcome).
