About the Role
ICON plc is currently hiring a Site Specialist II to join our global Site Activation team. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the clinical trial lifecycle by supporting study start-up, managing essential documentation, handling contract workflows, and coordinating US IRB submissions.
This is a perfect opportunity for experienced professionals with a strong understanding of clinical site contracts, ICF customization, and regulatory submissions.
Bachelors Life Science Job at ICON – Key Responsibilities
- Support study start-up activities, including green light reviews, essential document tracking, and site activation readiness.
- Customize site-specific Informed Consent Forms (ICFs) and coordinate translations.
- Lead and document IRB/EC submissions.
- Manage contract workflows, amendments, and negotiations.
- Maintain trial documentation in eTMF systems.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and timely site activations.
- Support global team operations with a flexible work schedule.
Bachelors Life Science Job at ICON – Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
- Experience in clinical trial start-up, contract processes, and IRB submissions.
