The National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management (NIFTEM-Kundli) is hiring a Young Professional to support its Research & Outreach Cell. This is a contractual position for six months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and institutional
needs.Eligibility Criteria

| Educational Qualification (Essential) | Master’s degree with 55 % marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is followed) from an Indian university, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university in any of the following specialization.
Life sciences and other allied sciences, Food Technology/ Food Science & Technology/ Food Engineering/ Food Processing Technology/ Post Harvest Engineering/ Food Safety & Quality Management/ Dairy science and technology/ clinical nutrition and dietetics etc. |
| Desirable Qualification | PhD in any of the above mentioned subjects |
| Experience | Experience in any of the above fields as evident from research work, publications, patents etc. |
| Age Limit | 35 years max. |
Roles and Responsibilities
Young Professional is expected to support:
- The Research & Outreach divisions of NIFTEM
- Understanding in the basics of IPR, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, etc
- Design, data compilation & management, preparation of Brochures/ Pamphlets, grouping of feedback & suggestions, etc
- Manage project documentation, including project reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant documents
Application Process
- The position is purely on contract basis.
- Duration of assignment: The assignment will be initially for a period of 06 months which may be extendable based on the further requirements and work performance. NIFTEM shall have the power to extend or reduce the period of assignment.
