Project & Title: HCP0024 Phase-III: “Seaweed Cultivation ‘Identification of Potential Locations across India for Seaweed Cultivation (IPL-ISeaC)” [ HCP0024, WP-4 –BIOSTAC]
Project Details:
A) Name of post (No. of post): Project Associate-II [PAT-II, 01 Post]
Essential Qualifications: Master’s degree in Microbiology
Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions, OR Science and technology Organizations, and Scientific activities and services.
Monthly Emoluments :
- Rs. 35,000/- + HRA for those candidates who have qualified CSIR-UGC/ICAR/ICMR NET, incl. lectureship/assistant professorship, OR GATE, OR those who have qualified National level examinations conducted by central government departments like DBT, DST, or equivalent, and/or their agencies/institutions
- Rs. 28000/- + HRA for others who do not fall under (a) above
Age: The upper age limit for Project Associate-II (PAT-II) is 35 years as of the last date of application submission. (Age relaxation as per CSIR rules)
B) Name of post (No. of post): Senior Project Associate (Sr.PAT) [01 Post]
Essential Qualifications: Doctoral Degree in Plant Molecular Biology / Biotechnology
Desirable: Knowledge of bioinformatics, transcriptomics, metagenomics, DNA fingerprinting, and gene expression studies
Monthly Emoluments: Rs. 42000/- + HRA
Age: The upper age limit for Senior Project Associate (Sr.-PAT) is 40 years as of the last date of application submission. (Age relaxation as per CSIR rules).
