Key Responsibilities:
• Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and water samples.
• Conduct environmental monitoring in production and cleanroom areas.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment like autoclaves, incubators, particle counters, and air samplers.
• Execute microbial limit tests, sterility testing, BET (Bacterial Endotoxin Test), and water analysis as per SOPs and pharmacopeial guidelines.
• Document all test results accurately in compliance with GMP and GLP.
• Support in investigation of OOS, deviations, and CAPAs.
• Maintain records of instrument calibration and validation as per regulatory norms.
Key Skills Required:
• Strong knowledge of microbiological techniques and GMP/GLP practices
• Experience in water and environmental monitoring
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Familiarity with regulatory audits and guidelines (WHO, USFDA, MHRA, etc.) is an added advantage
