Responsibilities:

Perform testing and release results for commercial/stability batches within TAT

Calibrate and maintain lab equipment as per SOPs

Prepare reagents, execute tests, and document findings accurately

Perform self-checks, ensure lab cleanliness, and manage sample storage
-
Participate in investigations, audits, and quality management activities
-
Conduct root cause analysis for unknown issues and train new team members
Technical Skills:

HPLC techniques (SEC, RP, IEX, peptide mapping)

Biochemical assays: Electrophoresis, ELISA, PCR
-
Microbiology techniques and cell culture basics
-
Knowledge of GDP, cGMP, and protein chemistry fundamentals
