QA Research Associate Position Details:
Position: Research Associate (Quality Assurance)
Name of the Project: “Sepsis-related mortality in neonates in India: A multi-disciplinary, multi-institutional research program for context-specific solutions ”

Emoluments:
₹58,280/- per monthAge Limit: Up to 35 years
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences + Minimum 3 years of clinical trial monitoring experience OR
- Master’s degree/diploma in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Public Health, Healthcare, or related disciplines + Minimum 2 years of clinical trial monitoring experience
- MBBS/BDS/BHMS/BAMS/BPT candidates with relevant experience are preferred
QA Research Associate Position – Job Profile:
As a Research Associate (Quality Assurance), you will:
- Conduct monitoring visits and ensure GCP and regulatory compliance at clinical trial sites
- Oversee site setup, delivery, and documentation of investigational products
- Perform quality checks across clinical labs and operations
- Train site staff on protocols and procedures
- Maintain trial documentation, monitor data collection and ensure source data verification
- Track patient recruitment, data accuracy, and CRF completion
- Draft detailed monitoring reports and ensure adherence to trial protocols
- Report deviations and support cross-functional teams in project management
QA Research Associate Position – Key Skills:
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP, GCLP and clinical regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong documentation, communication, and organizational abilities
- Willingness to travel to clinical trial sites
- Ability to multitask and work independently
