About the Role
As a Scientist II, you’ll be at the forefront of antibody development, protein purification, and assay design within the Antibody Team. You’ll independently lead experimental strategies and contribute to advanced research in immunology, protein design, and cell biology.
Responsibilities
- Independently plan and execute antibody and protein development experiments
- Maintain detailed records in lab notebooks and digital formats
- Stay updated on scientific advancements and propose innovations
- Present data to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership
- Supervise and mentor junior scientists
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and documentation standards
Education & Experience
- PhD (2+ yrs) or MSc (5+ yrs) in Biochemistry, Structural Biology, Immunology, Biotechnology, or related fields
- Strong track record in antibody engineering, protein purification, or structural biology
- Expertise in HPLC, SEC, SDS-PAGE, chromatography, co-IP, immunoassays, protein modeling (PyMOL, Schrödinger, Discovery Studio)
- Proficiency in MS Office, Prism or statistical tools
- Experience in epitope mapping, antigen design, and protein conjugation a plus
