Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualification:
- Graduate in Life Sciences / Nursing / Biotechnology / Genetics with 3 years’ experience OR
- Postgraduate in relevant subjects
Desirable Skills:
- Molecular biology techniques (good pipetting, sample processing)
- Experience with patient recruitment, sample collection & follow-ups
- Knowledge of Hindi/Chhattisgarhi
- Computer skills (MS Word & Excel)
- Communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction

- Patient recruitment and blood sample collection
- Biobank maintenance and sample handling
- Telephonic follow-ups
- Clinical documentation and project coordination
- Data entry, analysis, and report generation in coordination with the study team
