Minimum Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or Microbiology from a recognized university or equivalent
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- At least 2 months of experience in a microbiology laboratory.
- Familiarity with plasmid conjugation assays.
- Experience in antimicrobial resistance testing.
- Ability to perform genetic, microbiological, and biochemical analysis of E. coli resistance mechanisms
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct advanced genetic and biochemical studies on colistin resistance in Escherichia coli.
- Support lab experiments and contribute to data collection under the guidance of project investigators.
- Maintain lab notebooks, prepare reports, and ensure experimental accuracy.
Tenure of Appointment: The appointment will initially be for 1 year and will be extendable based on project continuity and performance.
Consolidated Emoluments: ₹20,000 + 27% HRA per month
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as on the date of the walk-in interview. Age relaxation may be considered based on qualifications and experience, with prior approval.
