Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Biology from a recognized university/institute.
- At least two years of postdoctoral research experience.
- OR Candidates who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis may also apply (must provide a letter from the institute confirming thesis submission and pending viva).
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Python and R programming.
- Background in yeast genetics, DNA repair, meiosis, or genome biology is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of high-quality research, with evidence of publications or impactful projects.
Fellowship Details
- ₹58,000/- per month + 9% HRA (for Ph.D. awarded candidates)
- ₹42,000/- per month + 9% HRA (for thesis-submitted candidates)
Additional Support: A nominal research grant is available under the PDRF program.
